CAMBER & CASPER

Field notes

We build in the open.

These are dated notes on what changed in Command, and why it matters to the owner using it. Dates are when the work was done; some of it is still being tested.

  1. A page for your set-up. Your set-up has a page of its own. It shows where the work is up to, when it should finish, and why a date has moved. A changed date always comes with its reason.

  2. “Unavailable” means unavailable. When your inbox doesn’t answer, Command now says so plainly, instead of showing an empty list that looks like nothing happened. What it tells you about your inbox is something you can rely on.

  3. Calls stay unconfirmed until you say. A call from your own phone counts as an attempt until you tell Command how it went. Your record only shows what you have confirmed.

  4. Every insight shows both sides. Each one links to the records that support it, challenge it or give it context. You can check the reasoning yourself before you act on it.

  5. Company news, matched to your clients. Command reads the official ASX announcements and checks them against the companies your clients deal with. When a listed company that one of your clients deals with makes an announcement, you see it from the source, and you see which client it touches.
